Delivering Best-in-Class Educational Provision

The trio of principals leading Reddam ELS represent a collective commitment to exceptional early years education. With their unwavering commitment and years of experience, they champion a vision in which each child’s potential is recognised and pupils gain the tools to succeed both in school and beyond. Our principals are genuinely passionate about fostering meaningful connections among teachers, students and parents, and creating a secure and joyful learning environment. Their role is critical in shaping the foundation of a lifetime of learning and growth.

One of the cornerstones of a Reddam House education is that each child is seen as unique, with his or her own particular interests, skills and abilities. It is our great privilege to provide a holistic, broad-based education in which academic excellence blends seamlessly with a rich array of cultural, sporting and outreach activities.

Over the years, it has given me great joy to see students hone their individual strengths as they immerse themselves in the many facets of school life. Ultimately, though, the true impact of an education at Reddam House is seen later on in life. Alumni speak fondly of their years at Reddam House, where they felt valued, nurtured and heard. Long after dates, facts, and figures are forgotten, memories should be of a place where people mattered and where the seeds for an exciting future were sown.

I look forward to welcoming you and your family to our very special Reddam House family, where we know that you will soon feel at home.

As the principal at Reddam ELS Lindfield, it is my pleasure to welcome you and your family. Over the past 20 years, I have been honoured to shape the school years of many children, and at Reddam ELS, I am thrilled to work collaboratively with our families to cultivate an enriching environment where your child can enjoy an engaging learning journey.

The passionate, dedicated and committed teachers at Lindfield share my vision of offering a warm, secure and supportive space for children to immerse themselves in a stimulating syllabus, and we work together to achieve this outcome. Children are active and capable learners here at Reddam ELS Lindfield, and we respect the rights of each and every pupil.

Our pupils are strongly encouraged to become active participants in their own learning. Our curriculum is self-guided: as teachers, we understand the importance of stepping back when needed and providing children with uninterrupted time for learning and discovery.

It is our privilege to be a part of your child's education, and we look forward to warmly welcoming you to our community at Reddam ELS Lindfield.
